The centre bins on Anstey Road. Overflowing because they are left open and because people are throwing large items and recycling into the bin. This has been in this kind of condition for several days now apologies for not knowing when to pick up tires but I also reported the North bin Yesterday and the infraction and name and address of a resident right across the road that had Deposited cardboard into there. Can we please ensure that these clearly identifiable people are advised and or fined? T
