Description
The rubbish in picture 2 does NOT belong to number 25 as I caught someone from number 35 Strathy dumping it there. I believe number 35 is the person that keeps dumping the rubbish in the car park because for 1 I’ve seen them and for 2 they are not using their recycling bin or food waste bin so therefore will of course have more rubbish to dispose of.
