Reading -

Description

I have walked past these disgusting overflowing bins at 08.30 on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday this week. This is not unusual; it is like this most weeks. This is one of the first things visitors to Reading will likely see on exiting the train station and seeking a taxi. It is an absolute disgrace and shouldn't be difficult to sort out. Why hasn't it been? image 1
