Good morning. This issue is related to the waste disposal arrangements for Ridgeborough Court, Rg1 7SZ. The residents of this block always contaminate the recycling bins by disposing household waste, e.g black bags, etc. I’m not sure if they have arrangements for black bins. When their contaminated bins are not collected, they end up dumping their waste in the bins of 3 Coley Hill, which are on the opposite side of the road.
