Reading Borough Council are aware that there is issues with fly-tipping in this area you refer to, however I would like to bring to your attention the items are not located on public land, we are not required/obligated to remove these items, we also can not be seen to be spending public money on privately owned land. We will though look to add it to the RAYS community clear up initiative for the area.
